We offer the following heavy equipment welding and repairs in Auckland:

Onsite repairs for equipment that is too costly to transport to our workshop. We will typically carry out repairs using shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) as this is the most suitable remote repair method.

We can carry out workshop repairs for most loader backhoes, loaders, trenchers, excavators, etc.  Typically, workshop repairs are cheaper as our customers bring their equipment to us and therefore don’t have to pay our truck, insurance and fuel costs. Shop repairs will involve MIG or GMAW welding methods while larger welding jobs will be completed using flux-cored wire also known as an inner shield.

 

We can repair all types of aluminium tankers, dump trucks and dump trailers with worn-out floors. These repairs are typically done with our state of the art pulsed MIG process.
